All Project Management Consultants assigned to client organisations have been formally trained in PRINCE, CRAMM, SSADM, Microsoft Project and Hoskyn's Project Manager Workbench [PMW].

Due to the technical competence of eVolution Consultants, we can operate either as Technical Project Managers or Programme Managers, dependent upon the nature and scope of your specific projects.

Ideally, we would be appointed at or early after project initiation, thereby permitting us to clearly define the scope of the project and effectively organise the PRINCE framework for successful project management i.e Project Sponsor, Project Board, Stage Managers, Project Managers, User Assurance Co-ordinator [UAC], Technical Assurance Co-ordinator [TAC] and the Business Assurance Co-ordinator [BAC].

Following the designation of roles and appointment of staff, we would be instrumental in assigning responsibilities to each designated role. Once the PRINCE project structure has been established, our responsibilities would concentrate and focus on the Product Breakdown Structures [PBS] and definition of each Programme, Project, Phase, Stage and Task. Together with other members of the project team, the next operation would include the calculation of the duration, dependency and assignment of responsibility of each task within the project scope.

Dependent upon the scope of the specific project, it may be necessary to establish a central project office for the administrative functions of the project. A primary function of the central project office would be the maintenance of all project records and plans, including the detailed plans maintained with the chosen project management software.

Principle activities would include timesheet generation, actuals capture of resources expended against plan, monitoring of milestone dates, ongoing update of plans and automated roll-up to higher level programme, project, phase and stage plans. Preparation of periodic documentation  and plans for project progress meetings and project board meetings.
